SCoRE and ECMS: Client testing

Further to Announcement D23053, Clearstream Banking1 is committed to assisting clients to prepare the implementation of the AMI-SeCo Single Collateral Management Rulebook for Europe (SCoRE) Standards and of the Eurosystem Collateral Management System (ECMS). Therefore, Clearstream Banking will offer clients the possibility to test the enhancements resulting from the implementation of SCoRE and ECMS during three dedicated testing windows according to the following preliminary timeline: Scope Test window Test registration deadline Phase 1 Corporate Actions (ISO 15022 format) 4 March 2024 - 29 March 2024 (preliminary) 31 January 2024 Phase 2 Triparty Collateral Management (ISO 15022 format) Between end June 2024 and early September 2024 (exact dates to be confirmed) To be announced. Phase 3 Corporate Actions (ISO 20022 format) October 2024 (exact dates to be confirmed) To be announced. Phase 1: Corporate Actions Standards (ISO 15022) The aim of this client testing phase is to ensure connectivity and a functional message exchange between Clearstream Banking and its clients in ISO 15022 format for Corporate Actions, including enhancements resulting from the implementation of SCoRE. Clients will be able to communicate with Clearstream Banking via the following connectivity channels: Xact via Swift; Xact via File Transfer; Xact Web Portal. Messages in scope are the following: Message identifier Message definitions MT564 Corporate Action Notification MT565 Corporate Action Instruction MT566 Corporate Action Confirmation MT567 Corporate Action Status and Processing Advice Phase 2: Triparty Collateral Management (ISO 15022) The aim of this client testing phase is to ensure connectivity and a functional message exchange between Clearstream Banking and its clients in ISO 15022 format for Triparty Collateral Management, including enhancements resulting from the implementation of SCoRE and ECMS. Clients will be able to communicate with Clearstream Banking via the following connectivity channels: Xact via Swift; Xact via File Transfer; Xact Web Portal. Further to the connectivity between clients and Clearstream Banking, clients will have the opportunity to test the end-to-end flow with ECMS and view in ECMS the end result of the actions they have taken in Clearstream Banking. Messages in scope are the following: Message identifier Message definitions MT527 Triparty Collateral Instruction MT558 Triparty Collateral Status and Processing Advice MT569 Triparty Collateral and Exposure Statement for Collateral Giver Phase 3: Corporate Actions Standards (ISO 20022) The aim of this client testing phase is to ensure connectivity and a functional message exchange between Clearstream Banking and its clients in ISO 20022 format for Corporate Actions, including enhancements resulting from the implementation of SCoRE. Clients will be able to communicate with Clearstream Banking via the following connectivity channels: Xact via Swift; Xact via File Transfer; Xact Web Portal. Test registration forms for each phase, as well as practical information on testing (including detailed test cases description, event calendars, and ISINs available for testing) will be made available in due course, in the attachments below and on the Clearstream ECMS web page.
